But I would not point to him as an example of low talent. I think he's a supreme talent but harnessed to some bad ends. If you look at the early 20th century, some of the worst things that happened to progress is just these psychopathic leaders. What happened? Why did we have so many just awful, awful leaders in the early 20th century?…
