I've heard you talk about, you know, the Beatles were great because the Beatles were running the Beatles. Why do you think it's so important for that to be the case? I think courage is a very scarce input in a lot of decisions. Founders have courage to begin with, but they also need less courage to see through a big change in what the company will do. Facebook, now Meta, has made quite a few big changes in its history. Mark had a lot of courage to begin with. But if Mark Zuckerberg says, "We're going to do this, we're going to do that," it's pretty hard for everyone else to say no in a good way. I really like that. It economizes on courage, having a founder, and you're selecting for courage. Those would be two reasons. How does that explain the Beatles' success?…
