…It took a decade to get to $1.5 million in revenue. That’s a slow grubbing startup. A great software business for a local entrepreneur in Madison, Wisconsin, I think is how you would describe that. For the first 10 years of the company, yes it’s growing, but it’s not exactly setting the world on fire. Part of the reason is the computing infrastructure wasn’t their customers, like we talked about. The other big reason why they weren’t getting crazy customer adoption is they actually were only doing the clinical medical record stuff at this point in time. They weren’t doing the really important stuff of the billing system until 1987. For the first, what is that, call it eight years of the company, they weren’t addressing the actual critical problem in the hospitals, which is to help us bill for this stuff. If you can help them make more money, they’re going to be a lot more excited to buy your software, and pay a lot more for your software.…
