This is an impasse because just like Warren, Tom equally feels issuing stock is the ultimate sin and he refuses to do it. They agreed that they're just going to be friends, but they will turn to each other for advice on their various businesses for the time being, but there's not going to be any formal relationship. It was also quite convenient for Warren to do this because he knew that the FCC rules were such that they would not let anybody be on the board of multiple different companies that owned television stations around the country. Warren's got his eye on another company that owns some television stations, The Washington Post company. Ah, right. I forgot they had gotten into TV at this point already.…
