What do you look at as the payback period of that premium and say like well, they’re giving us 50% premium and we don’t think that we will reach that market cap for 20 years and we’re only looking at a 10-year time horizon or something like that. I’ll tell you that’s really where the bankers and advisors and kind of independent committee come in because they had a lot of expertise in how to build those financial models and what time horizon makes the most sense in order to kind of predict your independent path versus joining forces with another. So I probably can’t provide a lot more detail than that. But you’re exactly right, Ben, that’s exactly the process that you go through. That’s right.…
