Yeah, and to do the best they can given that. Obviously, you always want to do the best you can, sure, but I think it's actually meaningful. In the end, I think that in practice, that isn't something that people always do. So yeah, I agree. Mario, you wrote about this in your great pieces a little bit. I think that that cultural value actually is quite different from Web 2.0 in traditional Silicon Valley companies in hiring, which mostly was this gross generalization. Obviously not every company fits this, but mostly, I think has, over the past 10, 15 years been hiring for experience. You scaled at Google, come to Facebook. You scaled at Facebook, come to Snapchat, et cetera, and on and on. That's really very different from what you're saying.…
