…This unsell idea, there's a recent podcast episode where someone did something similar. He called it the unsell email where he sends the candidate, based on all the things he heard from the candidate during the interview process, "Here's all the things you probably won't love about working here." And the recruiter was always really mad at him for like, "Don't send that. My numbers are really going down because of this email." But longterm, it ends up being really successful for them. I mean, you're going to probably hire fewer people that way, but you will hire the right people. So I think then you're going to actually have a team that you can rely on for years and years and years as things change. Just have to align incentives with recruiting on that piece of it. So, one other area I wanted to spend time on is basically org design and hiring and people. So you were very good at building really effective teams, prioritizing them, bringing in amazing talent.
