A couple of months go by after the finding of fact, and then on June 7th, 2000 Judge Jackson issues the final judgment in the case. He rules that Microsoft did indeed abuse its monopoly power. As a remedy for having done so, he orders that Microsoft be broken up into at least two separate companies.
