It’s picking it out yourself in the warehouse. It’s assembling it yourself at home. It’s driving it to your house. It’s, oh, I don’t need the back to look good. It’s every single way in which the customer makes the deal with IKEA to yeah, lower the price a little bit. E-commerce blows it all up. The overhead, the cost structure required for e-commerce—shipping things to your house, having the delivery network figuring out a whole new supply chain—should it come from the store every time? Should it not come from the store every time? Should we box them differently? Should we use third-party logistics? Should we use our own, et cetera.…
