…Right. That's the flagship. It's important as one. The second is that it's hard to get right. It's a difficult area. There are reasons that have to do with motivation, and there are reasons that have to do with understanding. Chenyi will talk about some of the common business nostrums that fall apart in this. On the motivation side, I'll just mention that from a founder point of view, they just found something that works, so they're accustomed to that success. Sometimes they may not appreciate all the idiosyncratic, uncontrolled elements that went into that success. They're very creative, and they want to just move forward, so they're inclined to do that. That's a great motive force, I love that. That's the lifeblood of an economy, but it also means that you can sometimes get into stuff that you really don't know how to do. Especially for first time founders, if it works out of the gate, then you have no idea what to attribute the success to. It could be skill, it could be luck. Of course, it is some combination of it. But you have no idea of the percentage of that skill and the percentage of that luck. You say, that worked, I will just repeat the exact same process again, and surely I will create success again. That is almost assuredly not the case. I have several companies in my mind that thought that and definitely did not happen.…
