…Wow, that is so funny. Okay, so I know you finished the book in November, so I imagine that was related to your role. It was all about the law to the book. And it's like my whole thing is that the book was done and it was like then the publisher put all this... They put so much pressure on you to do all these other things and they have no data to tell you how well the book's going to do or not going to do it. And I'm like, it's done. Just get it out there. And they're like, no, no, no. We got to presale. We got to do this. You got to do all this promotion. And I'm like, "Thank God I had two other authors to help me with that load." But I mean, we had an article in HBR, had the idea cast, they were on Wall Street Journal. I don't know any of that stuff. I get intimidated by all that stuff. So it's like like, okay, you guys take that stuff. But still, I had to do a lot of different speaking. And I love to do this because I know the people, I know your audience, I know what to do, but talking about HR to HR people is scary to me. I don't think they would be happy with what you've shared today necessarily.…
