…Awesome. Totally. And lead with questions. Basically, approach every conversation with curiosity. Don't come in, because people usually when they prepare for a meeting, I've seen many PMs do this, and you prepare with, "Here is my view, and here are the bullets that support my view. " And that's the wrong way to approach it. I think when you want to go into a conversation, you start the conversation with questions. Prepare the questions that come from a place of curiosity of the things that you want to know more about and you want to learn from the other perspective, and then check yourself to see if you still want to advocate for the same point of view or not. We had an awesome episode with Ami Vora. She's CPO at Faire, and she is also extremely good at this and a huge advocate of starting with questions and understanding what she's missing.…
