…Tell us how. Look, I think there’s something in the water where people feel that investing companies aren’t entrepreneurial. I think the best investment organizations are obviously entrepreneurial. I think, though, because there are such low barriers to entry in investing, there’re a lot of mediocre investment organizations that don’t have that founder entrepreneurial energy against it. One of the things that I try to do every day is to make sure we have that entrepreneurial energy against it. But if you look at all of them, Sequoia has a ton of entrepreneurial energy. Andreessen Horowitz has a great deal of entrepreneurial energy. Blackstone has so much entrepreneurial energy. It’s actually surprising how commercial and entrepreneurial people are. I think we are somewhat unique, though, in our industry, as we have a maniacal focus on getting better and reinvention and having that founder-led culture of innovation and open-mindedness. How do you hire to stop your company from becoming too soft or too complacent? Everyone wants smart people. There’s a lot of competition in finance, also from the tech world.…
