At least in the business world, I feel like I buy for my majority case, and I deal with the ramifications of the edge case or build around it, and they do that. I think procurement is exceptionally slow and exceptionally laborious. Everything goes to RFP, but the RFP is written for one vendor, so all it does is wind up taking an extra year, six months. I get why RFPs exist, but they're not actually RFPs. I've never seen an RFP that's not written for one vendor. I'm sure it exists somewhere. Yeah.…
