…I had a newsletter post with Lane Shackleton from Coda, and he made this point that OKRs were created by Google, which is the most incredible business model in history. They just print money, and for them it's okay not to hit their goals, like 70% of goal is fine, it'll be fine, we're making so much money. And so, his perspective for most companies, it doesn't make sense to set the goal to be like 70% of this goal you set is a success. Do you have a perspective on that? I think you'll never know what you're capable of unless you try to do something that you're not sure you can do. I agree. I find setting more ambitious goals than you think you can immediately achieve actually really pushes you to achieve them.…
