…How do you fund the whole venture? How does that work? It’s funded by other philanthropies. The National Geographic Society is our main partner, and me and my walking partners provide them with editorial content and also work with them on educational fronts, but there’s a changing caravan of philanthropic partners. Some come in for a year or two and then drop out, and then they’re replaced by others. It’s pretty remarkable, I’ve got to say. It’s such a long project.
