You're not going to let a ball drop that if the more you can create this aura of "I got this," the more responsibility people are going to give you, the more impact you'll end up having, the more people want to work with you and all that. Yeah. Ben Horowitz was a board member back at Foursquare. I remember he used to have this saying very Yoda of good leaders need to say what they're going to do and then do what they said. If they can't then they need to follow up and explain why. I mean that's like the amendment and I think that is what good execution looks like.…
