The dynamics all point towards a reawakening of the military conflict in the future, and every development in the region makes it more difficult. What is happening now with Armenia becoming less aligned with Russia could precisely be the trigger to a conflict. If Russia removes the guarantees that it’s offered to Armenia, then I think Azerbaijan is going to be in a very good position to try to recover that territory.
