There was a technology that I thought was 100 years off that I’m now convinced is much closer than I thought, and that is the brain-computer interface. Elon Musk’s Neuralink and others. There’s a whole field of people who are doing — and having gone to visit to see their work, I’ve been really shocked that they’re much further along in being able to bypass our fingers in order to actually communicate via computer. I thought, again, that that was going to be way off, but it looks like that could be within 25 years, which was a shock to me. I would say that’s one place you might be looking for things that could happen kind of suddenly, even though the research has been going on for decades. And that would really shake things up if that was to happen. How would that change people’s lives? Say your grandkids. How will it matter for them?…
