“We've even already churned through a new head of product, or we've got a different CTO in and we're still having the same problems, then there comes a point where it's like, I know that this is uncomfortable, and I don't know somebody who's done it, but I think we need to try something different because we can't continue this way.”

Transcript context
…Yeah, real life constraints. That's a really helpful way of telling you how much time you have to do this. For people that are just like, "I don't know, any friends that are using this. It's like weird, this way of working. It's not a thing I hear about all the time." What can you say to them to help them be like, "Okay, I should actually give this a try. Here's how many people are using it. Here's impact that you've seen." Anything you can share that would help them get over that hump? I would say wait until it hurts more. If the unfamiliarity is the big problem with it, then maybe the things are fine. Because it's not like this is the only way. It's more like, changing is really hard, and if there's a good reason to do it and it's like, look, we've done it the old way. We've tried different experiments. We've even already churned through a new head of product, or we've got a different CTO in and we're still having the same problems, then there comes a point where it's like, I know that this is uncomfortable, and I don't know somebody who's done it, but I think we need to try something different because we can't continue this way. That is a great answer. Following that same thread, just what are signs that it's time to try something? What sort of pain do you often see that's like, okay, you shouldn't look into this seriously?…
