Founders are benevolent dictators or in some cases, they're dictators of their own company. Some people call Lee Kuan Yew a dictator. He's like, oh, I can't do that in America. All of them, there's no working with them. They're going to be in complete control of the situation, even being in the room with them. I'm not saying it'd be rude or mean, but you're a subordinate to them. Ray Kroc says it in the book. Perfection is difficult. I'm demanding perfection in McDonald's. I will constantly keep expanding this empire till I die. If you get in my way, I will run you over. He says in a movie, if my competitor was drowning, I'd walk over and put a hose in his mouth. He was on the other end of the call of McDonald brothers because they're fighting over this. He goes, would you do the same? The same thing is you're going to have to compete on my level, or else I will literally destroy you. Warren and Charlie are so interesting. I'm trying to decide if they are the complete opposite of that or if they actually are like that just in their own ways.…
