…I think raw cognitive capability is the strongest, the strongest correlate of being at Lovable. But there is this startup mindset that I think is also very strong. Being much more interested in moving very fast and iterating fast, then having a lot of structure, a lot of process and thinking about the business as a whole. More than thinking about my specific profession, my specific craft that I'm seeing myself wanting to dig into on me. Amazing. Okay. So smart, very smart entrepreneurial, acts like an owner, isn't just like, this isn't just a job. But they feel like they actually have agency. Okay, this is great. There's something you said kind of along these lines that I think is important that one of the things that gets you excited about what you're building is giving people super powers and especially people that don't add a code, basically 99% of people. Is there anything along those lines that you think is important to share? It's very clear to most people who have been engineers or been founders, that there's so many that have failed in their endeavors because they didn't have someone that know how to solve the technical parts. And now that we're close to having people know that this exists and they solve everything, it's going to be an Cambrian explosion of entrepreneurship and better software product. We're not going to settle for all the annoying bad technology that we use today. And everyone who has an idea is going to say, "Okay, I'm going to build this thing and show you that this is the best version of the product or what our company should be doing," instead of having long meetings or writing up documents. So it's going to be empowering across a lot of different professions and places in the world.…
