I think some of the analysis coming from inside the UK suggests it might be twice that. It might be more like 6 percent. If nothing else, doesn’t the current experience simply show how hard it is to do Brexit? It seems everyone can agree with that. So, if doing Brexit is really hard, it will only get harder, so staying in is a kind of irreversible choice. When you’re making irreversible choices, the cost-benefit calculus has to be very strongly in favor of an irreversible investment, right?…
