I vie between Thai and Mexican as my two favorite spicy cuisines in the world. I would probably say a Mexican, amazing sort of taco with great salsas, and the right kind of tortilla. The third thing I might say would be, surprisingly, probably just a chuleton de buey: five-year-old cow, northern Spain, roasted completely, correctly, and the umami of each piece of meat is better than any other meat that exists in the world.
