I've personally just been most fascinated with how to keep great teams and great companies going further. And it was very interesting to just see his framing and reframing of the question. I loved some of the examples around having metrics around culture. If you only measure revenue and then that's how you're going against. But if you have other better metrics, that's actually the way to sustain the values you care about. I've been trying to think about how to actually bring that to the team level of how do we better articulate our norms, a lot of the things we talked about on the team.
