There was a recent UN survey of happiness. Bhutan comes in 97th. There’s another recent paper ranking nations for negative affect: How much stress and hardship is in your life? Bhutan comes in 149th, which is not well at all. One time you wrote, “Bhutan conforms better than any other state to my criteria for national greatness.” Why not just protect Bhutan?
