…How will we get or retrain more young men to be willing to train to be nurses or do eldercare? Well, that’s a great question because we need a lot more in nursing, a lot more eldercare. I would say, in eldercare, paying people more would be a good start. That typically pays very poorly, so I think that should not be overlooked because it’s still a market. It’s both ways. Secondly, having more pathways and ways to engage. Most people move through the job market based on the skills they have, the experiences they have. So, if there’s not a lot of men in the early stages of care work, it actually is harder for them to move in, just like if there’s not a lot of women in the early stages of construction work, it’s harder for them to move in, even though there should be a lot more women in construction and a lot more men in care. The quality of the police in America seems to be quite low in many jurisdictions. How do we fix that? How much of it is just paying them more? How much is training? How much is culture?…
