…To me, it's always in the follow-ups. So have people talk about the failure in these sort of public forums, where usually you talk about the successes. So have someone actually write a note that's like, "Hey, here are all my learnings from this thing that we did." And send it to the org. At Retool we have a shipped email list. If you ship something, you'll always send to that. Have them send that email to the org. It's just an awesome way to celebrate. Or have them present it all-hands and share what they learned.
