So, it feels like a lot of it is just the talent you hire are people that are naturally leaders. I think you're right, and we can get more into it, but I think there was also a very concrete set of ways where that place was a training ground for founders. I even think it turned a lot of people who might not have become founders into good founders because of the way it works. So, I think there was a selection effect there, but there is also some training effect too, but it's unique to the way the company works.
