…In general, I would say intuitively the teams know, especially the teams are in the weeds, they know. They know, "Well, yeah, we can get X. But what we really struggle with is getting students to look at this." That's your sign. And I think sometimes it takes someone else to make you think about it, to reflect like, "Actually, yes, you're right. This side is obvious. We know how to get it, we just don't have the right supply for it and we don't know where to find the supply." Boom, that's the side that you should be focused on. Then you find a way to add source to demand, subsidize it, find some other way, and focus on this side that you have no idea how to grow. You should have a reliable growth strategy for the side. In my experience, it's almost always the supply side is what you need to work on, because once you have awesome supply, people are going to be really excited to tap it. Like Uber drivers, Airbnb homes, professionals on Thumbtack. Is that your experience too? Yes. I would say supply is the hardest side maybe like 80% to 90% of the time. Yeah, I totally agree.
